3 DAYS LIONS TRAIL IN QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK- ISHASHA SECTOR
Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of Uganda’s 10 national parks and it’s western Uganda approximately 376km from Kampala. Its Uganda’s second-largest national park covering an area of 1978 square kilometers.
In this lion trek, you will be able to trail and trace the mighty kings of the jungle in their natural habitat. After seeing them you will have a closer experience that allows a closer and comprehensive study of their behaviors and habits in the natural kasenyi plains.
DAY 1: TRANSFER FROM KAMPALA TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK.
Pick up from Kampala or international Airport and drive to Queen Elizabeth National park, with a stopover at Equator crossing point at kayabwe, and then proceed to Mbarara for Lunch in a selected Hotel. Later after lunch drives through Bushenyi and enjoy the beautiful view of the Tea plantations of southwestern Uganda to Queen Elizabeth National Park and check-in at your selected Lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight as you wait for the next day.
DAY 2: MORNING GAME DRIVE TO KASENYI PLAINS:
After early African morning breakfast, drive to kasenyi plains. This will give you the best African safari experience engaging all your senses when you see the tree-climbing lions in the natural plains. You will also learn closely their behaviors and habits for the time you will spend seeing them.
You will be driven back to your hotel for lunch and a rest and dinner and overnight as you wait for the next day.
DAY 3: TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA:
After your delicious morning breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel and we start our way back to Kampala with a stopover at the equator at kayabwe for photography and some snacks. After you will continue your way home as you finalize the tour. Our driver will give you the final touches as he drops you at your designated places.
